Every leader constantly ventures to enhance their act. Stagnancy contrasts leadership anyway. When we think of people with the most fantastic and motivating management skills, the people that pertain to our mind are vibrant people-people who can take instant choices, people who can change their manner of working if needed, simply put, people who do not put much stock into the formulaic approach.

To get higher area in leadership and to be an effective and succeeding leader we should value leadership skills. A leader's success is figured out by the level to which she/he has developed these qualities.

You must think in not just your capabilities to be successful but also your capabilities to lead if you want to lead others. You should exude confidence in whatever that you do.
